After accessing the local builders in our area, AEC Building Services came highly recommended.

The initial contact was very positive, we found Tim very receptive to our ideas and what we wanted to achieve - Tim even provided input which made us look at different (and better) options. After speaking to a number of local builders it was very clear that AEC would be the ideal choice, not just for the cost - but the confidence, based on Tim's obvious experience in the trade that a good job would be done.

The first day was quite an eye-opener, Tim and his colleagues were very prompt and made what seemed like incredibly light work in preparing for the work in hand. That said, when returning from work on the first day it was obvious what had been done - but what amazed us (my wife in particular) was how clean they left the job every day.

And that’s how it was until the job was completed, a clean, respectful approach to what they were doing to our property.

What was particularly impressive is what happened when Tim, unfortunately, injured himself on another job - he made sure he made us aware of what had happened but also got extra people involved to make sure that the work was done in his absence.

Once work was in full flow, there were aspects of the work which was not quite apparent to us originally but at the time of construction made us rethink elements of the work we wanted. Tim and his colleague’s response to these changes were very positive and we got the impression that he really wanted to satisfy our requirements and make sure the experience was a positive one.

I have no qualms about recommending AEC Building Services.
