Kitchen & dining room renovation and conversion into a new spacious kitchen diner - Hasland, Chesterfield.

The clients brief was to create a new living space combining both the dining room and kitchen with new contemporary floor tiling to create an open plan area for cooking and entertaining at mealtimes.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

After contacting several builders in relation to the work that was required it became clear that Tim was very experienced in the building trade and gave us great advice about the ways in which the alterations could be carried out. It was his depth of knowledge that set him apart from the other builders we approached and gave us confidence that a quality job would be carried out.

The work began with a number of walls being removed but apart from the professionalism with which this was done what impressed on both myself and my wife was how clean the house was left at the end of each working day.

As the building work progressed we came across a couple of issues which required us to deviate from the original plan, Tim was not only receptive to ideas we had but also provided us with suggestions which based on his experience proved to be the best way to progress.

Upon completion, it was clear that an excellent job had been done and I would not hesitate to recommend AEC Building Services.
